Fancy seeing you here! August was a month of (mostly) rest for me up in Oregon, but what i did get to practice was more of my festival style braiding, as folks from the Bend area prepared themselves to head out to Burning Man. I’ve never been, but I hear its a pretty fantastical time. I’m just happy to help people achieve some of their hair magic dreams.
I’m currently gearing up for the opening weekend of the Northern California Renaissance Faire, this will be my 19th consecutive season (minus however many we closed in the middle for plague) and I am eagerly awaiting seeing all of my friends and creating some fresh, fun, fancy french braids.
Before I head off to Casa de Fruta however, I will be headed in to Alameda to see some of your lovely faces at Wild Orange. I still have some availability for next week, so check out the booking page and grab yours before they’re all booked up. I drive in this Friday and as of hitting send on this email, have availability Saturday evening (the fifth) as well as Wednesday and Thursday.
My bookings are open and available through October and into November now!
Here is my upcoming schedule for Wild Orange in Alameda:
September 5-13: I still have some openings for cuts and color services, Mostly Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon
October 12-15 and 19-22: Monday through Thursday appointments only, as I will be at NCRF every weekend in October. Still some openings left!
November 7-15th: fairly open availability at the moment
December 5-13: booking availability is now live on the website
If you don’t see a day that works for you, try the new wait list feature and be notified if your preferred date/time opens up automagically!
Pricing:
To continue to provide you with top notch service the cost of some services have increased. Please reach out if this is an issue and we can discuss ways to fit your services into your budget. Tips are appreciated but as always not an expectation, please don’t stress if its not an option for you at this time. If you have already booked an appointment, the service price at the time of booking will absolutely be honored.
Events
Renaissance Faire Season is already upon us! Here is a list of upcoming events I will be braiding hair at to help you plan your season. There are more events in California, Oregon, and Washington than what I have listed here, but I very likely wont be at them due to scheduling conflicts.
In most cases ticket sales are being done 100% online and tickets will not be sold at the gate so plan ahead:
