Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the price of services booked, charged to the card on file, or due before future appointments can be booked. Failing to show up for your booked appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the price of services booked, charged to the card on file or due before future appointments can be booked.

The online booking platform sends several automated messages, confirmations, and reminders both a week ahead, and 48 hours ahead of time. Failure to cancel or reschedule due to unsubscribing from these notifications will not affect the stated cancellation policy.
